One app for the people who work in a big developer’s office buildings

The challenge

The developer wanted to give tenants in its office buildings a better day-to-day experience, from receiving packages to bringing in guests. Smart lockers, visitor registration and other building services were all handled separately. The developer needed one app for tenants and one system for its property teams to run it all.

What we built

We built a mobile app for iOS and Android and a web dashboard for the property team. Tenants use the app to pick up packages from smart lockers, register visitors and get building updates. The property team uses the dashboard to manage users and content, change the app’s look per building, track activity through an audit trail, and pull reports. We connected the app to outside smart locker and building service providers, so tenants use one app instead of several.
