The challenge
A small team of engineers ran every project on spreadsheets. Accounting, purchasing, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) lived in separate files, and each produced a different total for the same job. They retyped every estimate from scratch.
What we built
We built software around the way they already worked. Estimates, actual spending, change orders, and client billing all use the same project record. The team sees the cost and the client price on every line, so they always know their margin.
The result

The screen, the PDF, and the Excel export always show the same numbers.
