One Checkout

One payment button for every way Filipinos pay

We keep this client’s name private. The client is real, and so is the system.

Hosted checkout for a merchant’s order, with the gateway list open on eight ways to pay: Mastercard and Visa, GCash, InstaPay, QR Ph, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay and Alipay.
The product’s own screens, white-labelled as One Checkout: its name, logo, colours and type are ours, not the client’s. Names and figures on screen are samples.

The challenge

Filipino customers want to pay by card, GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or QR, and each option needs its own setup. Most small businesses don’t have a developer, and many don’t have a website at all. The client wanted a way for any merchant to accept all of these payment methods without building anything.

What we built

We built a payment gateway that puts many payment options behind one button. Merchants with a website add a single checkout. Merchants without one create a payment link and send it to the customer. Merchants can also accept payments by QR code. Each merchant gets a dashboard of their transactions and reports, including the withholding tax forms they need to file with the BIR. In 2025, we added WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, and GrabPay for foreign customers.

The merchant’s payment links, with the Generate Payment Link form filled in: amount, description and expiry.
The QR Ph payment page, with a code to scan and pay.
The merchant dashboard: sales today, this week and this month, each broken down by payment option, and a daily sales chart.
Reports, BIR Form 2307: the monthly withholding-tax certificates for each quarter, ready to download.

The result

  1. Cards, local wallets, bank transfers, QR, and international wallets all work through one checkout.

  2. Merchants without a website can still get paid online through a link.

  3. A partnership running since 2020, with new payment options and features added every year.
