The challenge

Sales took a reservation, Accounting entered it again, and Documentation typed it a third time to make the contract. Unit status lived in a spreadsheet. Ask leadership for a sales figure and you got three different answers. Utility billing depended on manual meter readings.

What we built

We audited their systems first, then placed a transformation lead inside the company to coordinate vendors. Then we built EstateCore. It tracks every project and unit, auto-fills contracts and deeds from buyer records, and handles utility billing. Meter readers submit readings by phone, and GCash and Maya payments are matched automatically.
