Running 20+ restaurant branches with no centralized system meant the Abaca Group couldn't reliably track maintenance, customer feedback, or daily operations across locations.
Solution
We built Rule No. 1, a full restaurant management system covering Audit, Feedback, Promos, Maintenance, Commissary, and Daily Sales. Every branch, one system, complete visibility.
Impact
- 38,632 item orders processed in the commissary system
- 2,163 customer feedback reports recorded
- 3,354 maintenance job orders resolved and 332 store audits conducted
