Writing the code is no longer where the time goes
When a developer typed every line, the code took the time, and a good spec was the best way to control cost. AI agents have taken a large share of that typing. How a first project runs
We start with a call. Bring us the business problem or the product you want to build.
On a Fixed Build, the next one to two weeks are paid scoping (USD 2,000 to USD 3,000, credited to your build as your first payment). We learn how the work runs today and write a scope for phase one: goals, deliverables, timeline and a fixed price. Then we build, you give feedback along the way, and you see the work grow.
We aim to get a first release to you in three to four weeks from the first call. At the end you have a live system, with your team trained to run it.
With a Forward Deployed Consultant, the audit comes first and code follows every week. With a Team Pod, we set a goal with you on Monday, and you see a demo of working software on Friday.
