A rejection at any stage meant restarting the chain. Documents were shipped by courier, routinely lost. Suppliers with outstanding balances stopped quoting. One employee spent 12-15 hours every month manually assembling a 350-slide consolidated report.
What We Built
A 6-stage digital marketing operations pipeline with role-based access, SLA timers, and approval workflows. Campaign requests are submitted, routed, approved, and tracked entirely in-system. A traffic-light dashboard shows cycle times and bottlenecks in real time. The 350-slide monthly report is now auto-generated — same data, zero manual work.
How We Work
No large upfront. The build runs on a monthly subscription — any operations budget can absorb it without a procurement cycle. By Week 3, clients have a real working system — they can test it, run actual requests through it, and give feedback. Scope is signed off in Week 1 before any code is written. The engagement doesn't end at demo — we keep building.
