The Mactan Newtown is one of Megaworld’s township projects, the project that marks Megaworld’s expansion outside the country’s Capital.
Megaworld’s townships pioneered the lifestyle of Live-Work-Play-Learn across the Philippines. With a lifestyle concept that is all too familiar with our company culture, the partnership was a perfect fit.
Our job was to showcase The Mactan Newtown with a website that aligns with Megaworld’s township lifestyle.

For some reason, real estate websites tend to be either very plain or too difficult to navigate, or perhaps even outdated in some cases. And we want to break that.
We want to make sure that value is shown, that Megaworld’s unique selling proposition is highlighted, and that we provide a meaningful experience for the user. And integrating the tooltip feature addressed all that.
Architectural renders, conceptual photos and tasteful photography plays an important role in the business of Real Estates. A virtual tour of their townhouses was put together to showcase together the contrasting elements of Live.Work.Learn.Play.
The UI/UX was accomplished over many discussions, reiterations and careful discussions with the client to fully achieve their intended goals for the website. The project not only lives up to embody Megaworld’s unique concept but to also represent their ethos — the best is here.
